Please provide the number of offences recorded by your force under each of the following CJS offence codes, broken down by financial year for each of the last five available financial years (e.g. 2021/22 to 2025/26, or the five most recent years for which data is held):
Group A – simple possession:
MD71596 – Possess a controlled drug of Class B – Ketamine
MD71596A – Attempt to possess a controlled drug of Class B – Ketamine
Group B – production, supply and possession with intent to supply:
MD71591 – Produce Ketamine
MD71591C – Conspire to produce Ketamine
MD71592 – Concerned in production of Ketamine

AMENDED REQUEST:
Yesterday I sent you the following question below using CJS offence codes relating to offences involving ketamine. I am now aware that using Home Office offence codes may assist so I’d like to amend the question so that instead of the CJS codes in the question below they are all replaced with the following HO Codes:
Group A – simple possession:
- HO code 093/72 92D – Ketamine (possession)
Group B – production, supply and possession with intent to supply:
- HO code 093/60 92A – Production of a controlled drug, or being concerned in its production – Ketamine
- HO code 093/66 92A – Supplying or offering to supply, or being concerned in the supply of, a controlled drug – Ketamine
- HO code 093/78 92A – Possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply – Ketamine
- HO code 093/84 92C – Permitting premises to be used for unlawful purposes – Ketamine
