Please provide the following information for each of the calendar years 2023, 2024 and 2025:

1. How many offences under Section 30 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (riding a cycle whilst unfit through drink or drugs) were recorded by your force?
2. If held separately, how many of those offences resulted in a charge or prosecution?
3. If held separately, how many of the total offences recorded involved an electrically assisted pedal cycle (e-bike).

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold the information requested, as outlined below:-

No information held.  There were no records found for the offence “Riding pedal cycle under the influence of drink or drugs (Contrary to Section 30 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.)”
