1. Under the FOI Act, can you please let me know when traffic offences became the responsibility of Op Snap.
2. Could you also please let me know how much the operation of Op Snap is per year.

Clarification received

1. By 'responsibility' I mean day to day oversight and management of traffic offences, ie when did the Police stop performing this function and delegate it to Op Snap.
2. For simplicity, what was the total operational cost of Op snap for the financial year that has just ended.

Op Snap was first piloted in 2016 and rolled out to all Wales in 2017.
