1. How many officers received any kind of disciplinary sanction in the (i) 2023/24 and (ii) 2024/25 year as a result of a complaint of (a) racism, or (b) sexism/misogyny? 
2. Please state what disciplinary action was imposed for each of the cases referenced in Question 1
3. In relation to all the incidents in Q.1 where specific racist or sexist/misogynistic words or phrases were used please (i) state what these words or phrases were and (ii) the specific disciplinary sanction imposed on the officer.
4. How many complaints of racism were made against your force by members of the public in (i) 2023/24 and (ii) 2024/25?

Racism- 1 officer Dismissed from the Force.

Sexism/Misogyny- 1 officer dismissed from the Force & 1 officer received a final written warning for 2 years.

Response Q3

Racism- The officer participated in a group WhatsApp chat which shared memes/pictures and videos regarded as racist. There were no specific racist phrases utilised by the officer.

The officer was dismissed from the Force

Sexism/Misogyny- The officer referred to women as classic cars, i.e. Porche, Rolls Royce, depicting how he graded their looks. He also made comments regarding female’s legs and breasts.

The officer was dismissed from the Force.

Sexism/Misogyny- The officer made inappropriate comments to a female officer, telling her he could see her 'box' as she was wearing tight leggings.

The officer received a final written warning for two years.
