Request:

I would like to know how many RTCs have been reported/taken place on the A48 – between Carmarthen and Pont Abraham (including Cross Hands roundabout) - in a 12-month period, between the start of August 2025 and the end of July 2026.

I don't need specifications or breakdowns on type of RTC/injuries etc.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, the details of which are as follows:

• Between August 2025 and July 2026 on the A48 from Pont Abraham to Carmarthen (including Cross Hands roundabout) there were 169 RTCs reported to Dyfed-Powys Police.
