Covid 19 fines and arrests - 275/2020
1a) I am writing to kindly ask whether I could receive information on the number of individuals that have been arrested within the police area due to an infringement of the existing Coronavirus regulations.
1b) If possible, I would be grateful if the reason for each arrest could be detailed.
2) I am writing to kindly ask whether I could receive information on the number of fines that have been issued in the police area due to the failure to comply with the existing Coronavirus-related regulations.
I would appreciate it if I could receive a breakdown of:
a) The total number of fines issued so far;
b) The level of fines issued (for a first offence, second offence etc.);
c) The total cost of fines issued so far.
