Please advise if Dyfed Powys Police received any communication between 1 January 2007 and 1 April 2016 suggesting unauthorised use of the short highway, termed as District road by Powys County Council, which connects County road C1077 to Moelfre City Byway Open to all Traffic (BOAT) LB645, a regular way between Llanbister, Glyndwr’s Way and the Kerry Ridgeway.
If it does not restrict response to the above request the relevant dates would be appreciated or an indication such as applicable year.
If necessary to remain within time and cost constraints please investigate backwards as far as possible from April 2016.
