FOI Reference: 343/2022
Request:
How many FOI Act requests has Dyfed-Powys Police refused since FOI came into force (or since the earliest requests that can be retrieved on its system without additional technical work being required to bring back archived material) because it believed the requester did not provide their real name? And disclose the date this request has been able to go back to.
Response:
I can confirm that there is no information held by Dyfed-Powys Police. Freedom of information requests are held for a period of 2 years, during the last 2 years, zero (0) have been refused due to their real name not being provided.
It should be noted that as a result of the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such information that the information released may or may not be accurate.
This is a response under the Freedom of Information Act and disclosed on the 23th June 2022
