Request:

Which police vehicles and vehicle models are affected if any by the BMW engine related problems which prohibit high speed pursuits and what is the policy regarding this in Dyfed Powys

Response:

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, the details of which are as follows:

Dyfed Powys have some BMW X5’s and BMW 330’s affected by the BMW N57 engine issues, the policy was to remove these vehicles from service.
