Request:

1. What procurement process was undertaken by your local police force since March 2020 to grant contracts supplying cloud computing software.

2. Who, outside of your local police force, were involved in the decision to use cloud computing services supplied by Microsoft.

3.Does your local police force have a list of preferred suppliers when it comes to the procurement of cloud computing software.

Response 1:

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, the details of which are as follows:

• Microsoft EA – Crown Commercial Services (CCS) framework RM6068 Technology Products & Associated Services (TePAS): Lot 3: Software and Associated Services
• Chorus – G-Cloud

Response 2:

I can confirm that there is no information held as no-one outside of Dyfed Powys police force was involved in the decision to use cloud computing services supplied by Microsoft.

Response 3:

Dyfed Powys police does not have a list of preferred suppliers when it comes to the procurement of cloud computing software.
