Three men charged with kidnap following an incident in Llanybydder.
Dyfed-Powys Police attended a property in the Brynteg area of Llanybydder on Monday, August 26, 2024, following reports of an assault on a man who had travelled from outside the area.
The victim attended hospital for treatment for minor injuries and has since been discharged.
Three men, one aged 20 and two aged 22, were arrested on the same day and have since been charged with kidnap and grievous bodily harm with intent.
Our investigation is still ongoing to establish the full details of the incident. Local residents will have seen an increased police presence in the area this week.
Mohammad Comrie (22) of Dewsbury Road, Leeds, Faiz Shah (22) of Moor View Drive, Bradford, and Elijah Ogunnubi-Sime (20) of Mellows Road, Wallington, have been remanded in police custody to appear at Swansea Magistrates Court on August 31.
