Dyfed-Powys is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, energetic, and focussed individual who has experience as a substantive Assistant Chief Constable or Deputy Chief Constable, to support the Chief Constable in leading the delivery of policing services for communities within the Dyfed-Powys Police area.
You will ensure that a high standard of professionalism and integrity is maintained and be responsible for promoting a positive culture, building a team that is compassionate, motivated, committed, and builds public confidence through the delivery of high quality services.
