Throughout the year, Heddlu Dyfed-Powys Police hold online and in person events, engaging with our communities to demonstrate the benefits of working for us.
With our many career options, these events are a great opportunity to learn about our roles on offer and speak to serving officers and police staff members giving their insight into their policing career.
We are committed to recruiting more people from our diverse communities to be fully representative of the communities we serve. Applicants from all backgrounds and ethnic groups are encouraged to apply. We are committed to making equality a reality, both within the organisation and through the policing service we provide. For more information on the support available, please click here.
The Force Communications Centre (FCC) operator role is one of the most important positions within Dyfed-Powys Police. You will be at the heart of our Force Communications Centre, acting as the first point of contact for all our 999 emergency and 101 non-emergency calls, making the role hugely challenging, but very rewarding.
Come along to one of our events at Headquarters and experience the challenges and fast-paced dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
