Request:
Do you have any information on the attendance information for inter-faith committee meetings which I believe are run by all police forces.
The information I require is by month since January 2022 showing how many inter-faith committee meetings were held and attendance for each month along with how many were invited.
Response:
I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold the information requested, this is due to the fact that there are no inter-faith committee meetings routinely scheduled by Dyfed-Powys Police, and none have taken place in the time frame requested.
Please note that our understanding of ‘Inter-faith committee meetings’ is to mean: a meeting of police officers & staff of different faiths, and possibly with the attendance of community figures representing diverse faith groups, coming together to discuss policing and/or community matters from a faith perspective, or to discuss how policing operations may impact upon diverse faith groups.
(This is a response under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and disclosed on 29/07/2024)
