Request:-
- Dyfed-Powys police data for speeding offences on 20mph roads starting from when it was enforced (I believe Nov 2023) until March 2024.
- I'd specifically like the offence data broken down by offence location.
- I'd like this data for all areas of in which Dyfed-Powys covers.
Clarification sought - Do you wish to know the total number of individuals stopped by an officer and then subsequently issued with a conditional offer of £100 and 3 points? If you wish to know the number of individuals caught speeding by a speed van or fixed camera then this information would be held by the Safety Camera Partnership in Pontypridd.
Please can you be more specific when you state location, are you referring to the 4 divisions?
Clarification received - Yes, to clarify I would like to know the number of individuals stopped by an officer between November '23 and March '24 in all areas you cover, who were then either issued the fine and points or the 'community engagement sessions' I know officers have been handing out discretionarily as part of Operation Ugain. I'm specifically looking for more of a breakdown of this kind of offence data and was told to go to the individual forces for this- I'm looking for the exact locations the offences occurred, down to the street name, if possible.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below:-
During the time frame specified 3 people have been stopped by an officer and issued with a conditional offer of £100 and 3 points for speeding in a 20mph limit. The locations of these stops are:
Llannon Road, Pontyberem, Carmarthenshire
Dale Road, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire
Heol Wallasey, Ammanford, Carmarthenshire
During Op Ugain the below number of drivers were engaged with.
