I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
2019: 5277 days lost due to psychological disorders
2020: 6505 days lost due to psychological disorders
2021: 8080 days lost due to psychological disorders
2022: 7562 days lost due to psychological disorders
2023: 8075 days lost due to psychological disorders
Please note that the headcount of police officers has increased during the reporting period and that these figures are determined by how the absences have been categorised when recorded on the system. We are aware that absences may have been initially categorised differently, for example under the Miscellaneous but is later known to develop into stress related.
Please be advised that the Psychological Disorders category within the Sickness Management System covers sickness absences for the following reasons:
