Restraining orders
- In each of the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, how many breaches of restraining orders were recorded by your force?
- Please provide data on the number of reports of breaches of restraining orders that resulted in a “no further action” outcome in the year 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
- Please provide the number of reports of breaches of restraining orders that resulted in a charge outcome in the year 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Domestic violence protection orders
- In each of the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, how many breaches of domestic violence protection orders were recorded by your force

NFA Outcome: Breach arrests are accordingly prosecuted; Therefore, all reported breaches are put before the courts.
Charge outcome: Charges do not apply in respect of breaches of this type of Order. They are dealt with as a Civil Contempt of Court matter.
Non-Molestation Orders (NMO)
Non-Molestation Orders can have a Power of Arrest attached. Where they do not, they are dealt with as a Civil Contempt of Court matter.

It should be noted that owing to the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such matters the information provided may or may not be accurate.
