I am requesting the following information:
1) Since 1 January 2018 how many members of staff in your force have made a sexual harassment complaint against a fellow member of staff?
2) How many of the complaints made in the timeframe were upheld?
3) What was the outcome of the upheld complaints? Outcomes can include but are not limited to verbal warning, written warning, suspension, or dismissal, or referral to criminal proceedings
4) If it does not push the request over the cost limit, please can you also include:
(i) The nature of the allegation
(ii) The gender and rank of the complainant
(iii) The gender and rank of the alleged perpetrator
(iv)Where the perpetrator served (i.e the county or town)
5)a) All misconduct outcomes relating to allegations, including the number of staff who were dismissed as a result of the allegation.
b) All criminal outcomes of allegations broken down by i) charges and ii) convictions.
c) The number of allegations i) investigated and then ii) upheld by a) PSD and b) IOPC.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold the information requested, explained below.
An employee cannot make a complaint about their police force or someone else employed by the police force (Section 29, Police Reform Act).
Although persons serving with the police are not able to use the police complaints system to make a complaint about their own force, they can raise concerns through other avenues such as through unfairness at work grievances.
