Sexual offences in Mental Health units 670/2023

Request:
1: The number of reports of sexual harassment, assault, and or rape. I request the data on all offences under the Sexual Offences group as per HOCR or otherwise recorded or reported to Dyfed Powys Police between 1 January 2021 to 31 January 2023, at the detailed psychiatric units where the victim has been an inpatient or member of staff at the time of the offence. If possible please specify if the victim was a patient or staff. Totals for each unit are acceptable (it does not have to be broken down into wards) Names and addresses are listed below:

With regards to Q1, Are you referring to incidents or crimes? Please note an incident is different from a crime. An incident is a record of contact made to a police force by an individual/member of public (usually via a 999 or 101 call) and a crime is where the threshold has been met for the police force to deem that a criminal offence has occurred as defined by law.
