All front-line officers have the ability to edit, trim, redact or extract clips from stored BWV footage in Evidence.com – this is only their own footage and footage from users in the same group.

The officer in case identifies and transmits footage to the Crown Prosecution service. It can also be done by the Case Progression Team in force. This is done either via link to the footage and attached to an MG0 and sent via Niche. Or done directly in Evidence.com by sending a secure link to an email address of someone from the CPS. This should be done in line with the Dyfed-Powys Police Standard Operating Procedures.
