I am a Criminology and Statistics student, who is currently exploring and researching the Section 163 Act. It would be of great benefit if you could please answer the following questions below to support my research.

I can confirm that there is no information held by Dyfed-Powys Police due to the fact that vehicle only searches does not record the ethnicity of the person.
Please note: Data on the number of vehicles stopped via “vehicle only searches” is only available from 2018, and the ethnicity of the person stopped is not recorded.
It should be noted that as a result of the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such information that the information released may or may not be accurate.
