We will only process the minimum amount of personal information necessary to fulfil our specific purpose. This purpose is to allocate individuals a place on a National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) course and to process that booking.
The personal information that will be processed includes name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address, driving licence number, payment details and any special requirements. All information is stored securely and only those who require it will be granted access to this information.
If booking a course within the Dyfed-Powys Police area, the information you provide including any special requirements, will be recorded on the FastForm Online Booking System hosted by Clarity Information Solutions Ltd. This is to allow us to process your booking onto a NDORS course as a result of you having committed a traffic offence in contravention of road traffic legislation.
Your data will be retained on the booking system for one year after the date of your course.
- Course trainers – for the purpose of course registration, and for any necessary special requirements that may need to be put in place on the day of your course.
