Speeding tickets on the A44 278/23

Request:

 

Part 1:

 

The number of vehicles issued with speeding tickets on the A44 between Walton and Penybont villages (Powys) over each of the last five calendar years please could you supply the information below.

 

1) the number of individuals stopped by an officer and a traffic offence report issued for speeding.

2) court proceedings - the number of individual issued with a summons/single justice procedure in relation to those individuals stopped by an officer (as outlined above).

3) Also any supplementary data such as the speeds registered in connection with the incidents.

If the above data is not available then we submit the following request-
