Request:

Please advise how many prosecutions for speeding  offences within the 30 limit and for parking within the zig zag lines of crossing were made in Machynlleth during 2022.

Clarification:

Clarification was sought from the applicant and they confirmed that the above request related only to individuals that were stopped by a Police Officer.

Response:

I can confirm that there is no information held by Dyfed Powys Police as there have been zero (0) instances in which an individual was stopped by a Police Officer for speeding within a 30mph limit or parking within the zig zag lines of crossing in Machynlleth during 2022
