Non-Disclosure Agreements 77/23

Request:

1) Does the force currently require newly retired officers to sign non-disclosure agreements before receiving their pensions?

2) Has the force at any time required newly retired officers to sign non-disclosure agreements before receiving their pensions? Please state the period of time in which this practice was active.

3) Please provide me with copies of such non-disclosure agreements used by the force, either now or previously.

Response 1&2:

I can confirm at no time has Dyfed Powys Police had a policy that requires all retiring officers to sign non disclosure agreements.

A response to this part of your request is not applicable, which Is based on the response provided in relation to questions 1 – 2.
