Please provide blank/template copy of the form used to make an intelligence report.

Clarification Q:

Are you referring to the form used by Police Officers to submit intelligence or are you referring to the form used by partners agencies to submit intelligence to the Police force?

Clarification A:

Thank you for your email, I can confirm it is the form used by Police Officers to submit intelligence.

Response:

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold the information requested, this is due to the fact that intelligence reports are logged via a live system and not a specific form.

To assist you, if you would like to submit a new request with a refined question, may I suggest you ask for a list of the fields that an officer can populate when submitting an intelligence report.
