a) Custody (if arrested)
b) Suspension or restriction from duty
c) Ongoing investigation periods
2. Is any mental health support, risk assessment, or welfare contact automatically offered to officers:
a) Under investigation?
b) Following arrest or voluntary interview?
3. How many serving or former officers under investigation have been recorded as:
a) Attempting suicide
b) Dying by suicide
c) Referred for mental health or trauma support.

I can confirm that there is no information held by Dyfed-Powys Police due to the fact that Dyfed-Powys Police does not have a written safeguarding policy or protocol specifically addressing the welfare of police officers under criminal or misconduct investigation.
Response 2:
I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
Officers are provided a welfare booklet that includes signposting to Mental Health support. Occupational health referrals are made where required/necessary. If officers are arrested, pre-release risk assessments are conducted. A welfare officer is appointed/offered to all officers who are served with a Reg 17 notice.
