Request

I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from January 2022 to December 2024:

1) A list of use of force incidents that occurred in public order scenarios, using the following tactics: limb and body restraints, ground restraints, irritant spray, spit guards, Conducted Energy Devices (CEDs; such as tasers), and Attenuating Energy Projectiles (AEPS; such as baton rounds).

2) Regarding CEDs and AEPs, could you please specify whether instances where this equipment was used involved the device actually being fired or simply drawn.

3) Please could you include a brief description of each incident?

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below:-
