Please provide an indication of how many sex offenders had the occupation taxi driver or private hire vehicle driver between 2021-2025.

If possible please provide:

• A note of how many were child sex offenders
• A note of how many were involved in grooming gang activity
• A breakdown including year and offences

Response

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below:-

From 1^st January 2021 to 1^st January 2025 there were 0 Registered Sex Offenders whose occupations was a taxi driver or Private Hire Vehicle Driver.

It should be noted that as a result of the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such information that the information released may or may not be accurate.
