I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
Estate-wide condition surveys highlight any enhancements required under the current regulations at that time.
Dyfed-Powys Police have carried out accessible improvements on public facing environments outside the survey scope timeframe where required and or built new facilities and buildings which are equally compliant. No separate external survey provider has been appointed since to carry out such work.
Dyfed-Powys Police continue to work with the Diversity and Inclusion team to ensure that our accessibility and estate provide a robust and fully inclusive environment for all staff and visitors. This includes but is not limited to access, signage, lighting and lux levs, audibility and visible beacons for fire safety, hearing loops, translation, medical support provisions in toilets in addition to gender neutral facilities. All staff or visitors through their manager or host can ensure that any requirements are risk assessed and where necessary mitigation measures or support provided.
