Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information regarding project management software and project management staff within your organisation.

To clarify, by “supporting projects” I mean staff in dedicated roles that provide structured support to project or programme delivery. This would typically include:

• Project Support Officers
• Programme Support Officers
• Staff working in a Project/Programme Management Office (PMO) or equivalent team who assist with governance, reporting, planning, or administration of projects

I am not seeking information about general staff who may occasionally contribute to projects as part of their wider duties outside of a designated project management role.

BrightWorks 365 is being introduced. Historically there has been some use of Microsoft Project.

Microsoft Project – part of EA ending March 2028.
