Regarding the recent changes made to the way 'close pass' videos submitted through Operation SNAP in Wales are processed.

Please supply me with a copy of the impact assessment that Gosafe produced before making the changes.

Please supply me with a copy of the risk assessment that Gosafe produced before making the changes.

Please supply information that indicates what organisations that have an interest in the welfare of vulnerable road users, Gosafe involved in the consultation process leading up to and before making the changes.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold the information requested, this is due to the fact that an impact and risk assessment was not deemed necessary, and therefore was not conducted, as this was a simple change of approach to ensure compliance.
