Request:

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information for the time period 1 January 2015 to 4 April 2025:

1) The total number of data requests Dyfed-Powys Police has made to the website Vivastreet as part of its investigations into potential criminality connected to a prostitution advert on the website.

Response 1:

I can confirm that there is no information held by Dyfed-Powys Police due to the fact that zero (0) data requests were made to the website Vivastreet in the timeframe specified.                                             

It should be noted that as a result of the systems adopted by Dyfed-Powys Police in relation to the recording of such information that the information released may or may not be accurate.
