I would like to know how many people have been fined for speeding along the A4068 road between upper and lower cwmtwrch since the 20mph law came in

Clarification Q: Do you wish to know the number of individuals stopped by an officer and issued with a conditional offer of £100 and 3 points, or individuals stopped by an officer and issued a fine at court or both?

Clarification A: I wish to know the number of individuals who were stopped and issued with fines either by an officer or courts
