Request:

The estimated number of police hours in your police force saved due to the changes to the Home Office Counting Rules that were implemented in May 2023. 

Response:

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold the information requested, this is due to the fact that firstly, no baseline measurements were documented or recorded prior to the change in 2023, meaning we have nothing to compare against.  And secondly, even if we did attempt to extract data pre vs. post change, it would be impossible to attribute any officer hours saved to this single change when so many others have happened during the same time period.
