For the system(s) used by your force to manage property, exhibits and/or seized items (including any relevant modules within custody systems), please provide:

1. System name(s):
   The name of the property / exhibits / seized items management system(s) currently in use.
2. Supplier / vendor:
   The name of the supplier(s) / vendor(s) providing the system(s).
3. Scope of use:
   Whether the system is used for any of the following (please list those that apply):
   • Exhibits / evidential property
   • Seized property
   • Found property
   • Cash / valuables
   • Vehicles / bicycles
   • Digital devices (phones/laptops)
   • Recovered identity documents
   • Other (please specify)
4. Contract ownership / collaboration:
   Whether the contract is held solely by your force or via a collaboration / lead force / shared service arrangement (please specify which, where applicable).
5. Contract dates:
   The contract start date and contract end date for the current arrangement, and whether any extension options exist (e.g., 1+1 years).
6. Contract value (high-level):
   The total contract value (TCV) for the current arrangement, inclusive of any extension options where held.
   If an exact figure cannot be disclosed, please provide the value as a range or band, for example:
