Under the FOIA 2000, please could I request the following information:

2. The estimated number of police hours in your police force saved due to the use of technology, such as AI, to redact information.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, the details of which are as follows:

• Digital redaction has recently been rolled out and users can apply for access where required.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, the details of which are as follows:

• 101 hours and 48 minutes.

Please note: These total hours are based on current system usage reports and the supplier’s estimated average time saving per page redacted. As these figures represent activity since the system's rollout, they are likely to include a degree of time associated with user testing/training and familiarisation. Consequently, the reported savings should be regarded as indicative rather than definitive and may not yet accurately reflect the extent of any time saved.
