I would like to request the following information relating to the catering of misconduct hearings:

1. Any documents which outline your policy for catering police misconduct hearings.
2. How much money was spent on catering misconduct hearings for the years of 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022? 
3. An example of what food was ordered for a misconduct hearing from each aforementioned year

2022/23 Working lunch buffet, tea, and coffee

It will either be a cold buffet from the Police headquarters canteen (Sandwiches, fruit and cake) or sandwiches, crips, and drink from a supermarket.

Tea, coffee and biscuits also provided.

Please note: We do not keep a record of the food ordered for each of the misconduct hearings conducted between 2022-25
