Please provide the following information for the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.

Any internal assessments, budget papers, financial monitoring reports, or recorded summaries which identify a shortfall between central government funding received (including Home Office grant and any ringfenced funding) and the estimated or actual operational costs faced by the force during this period.
