I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
We have 751 members* within the Dyfed Powys Sport and Recreation Association. Most of these members a ‘recreational’ members who use the Gym facilities across the force area, and don’t take part in organised police sport
There are no records recorded for those who a ‘members’ of sporting groups
*as of September 2026. This figure fluctuated monthly as members leave and join.

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below.
Members of the DPP SRA who compete in Police Sport UK (PSUK) organised competitions or to represent police Wales or Police Sport UK will be granted time off under strict restrictions
Entitlement to paid Special Leave will only apply where the sporting event falls on a rostered working day and not rest days or non-working, and the competition is a sanctioned PSUK event
Operational policing will always take precedence over sporting activities; however, careful resource planning should enable individuals to participate in sporting activities.
