Request:

I'd like to request information in relation to which back office systems your force is currently using. I'm looking for information specifically on the following:

• ERP System
• HR System
• Finance System
• Pensions System
• Any other back-office technology

For each system, where possible, can you share the technology being used and which supplier is delivering it?

Response:

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, the details of which are as follows:

ERP – Unit 4 (see below)

HR – Trent (iTrent)

Finance – Unit 4 ERP

Pensions – LGPS run by Carmarthenshire County Council on behalf of Dyfed Powys Police.

Other – Niche Records Management System, West Coast Collaboration.
