Request:

1. Framework A1094 - Crime Reduction Products (live framework)

Please provide the following data for your force's spend under framework A1094 from 1 October 2024 to the most recent date available:

- Total ex-VAT spend via this framework, broken down by calendar year (2024 and 2025 to date)..

- A breakdown showing, for each supplier awarded any spend, the specific items purchased and the quantity and price of each item, together with the total ex-VAT spend attributed to that supplier per calendar year.

2. Framework A0573 - Crime Reduction Products (closed framework)

Please provide the same information as above for framework A0573, covering the period 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2024:

- Total ex-VAT spend via this framework, broken down by calendar year.

- A breakdown showing, for each supplier awarded any spend, the specific items purchased and the quantity and price of each item, together with the total ex-VAT spend attributed to that supplier per calendar year.

For both frameworks, please include all suppliers used (e.g. JNE Security Ltd, CMCA UK Ltd, Amazon, Solon Security Ltd, or any others).

If the requested breakdown is held in a different format that still meets the above requirements, please provide it in that format. Where exact item-level or supplier-level data is not held, please provide the most detailed information available and clearly state any limitations.

Response:

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold the information requested, due to the fact that Dyfed-Powys Police have not used these frameworks.
