Request:

I would like a copy of your data retention policy, specifically regarding Professional Standards' Department information and your policy regarding retention of data within your Anti/Counter Corruption Unit please. If you have copies of your previous policies relating to the same i.e. if the policy has been updated and there are previous versions, I would like those too.

Response:

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold the information requested, this is due to the fact that Dyfed-Powys Police does not hold a specific policy that relates to retention of data in Professional Standards Department or within the Anti/Counter Corruption Unit.

However, in respect of Data Retention, the Force follows the following Guidance:
