Request
In relation to all non-crime hate incidents that were logged by your force in the calendar month of September 2025 could you please provide me with
- the exact nature of the actions or exact words used,
- where it was carried out (either a location such as school, workplace, street etc, or a specific social media platform/internet, and
- the age of the perpetrator if known.
In Question 1 I am content for any details to be redacted so that the identity of the victim and perpetrator are not disclosed, but I would like as much detail about the circumstances of the incident as possible.
I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, as outlined below:-

There have been 6 non-crime incidents recorded in September 2025.
i) 5/6 were noted as “HATE RELATED CRIME” and 1 was noted as a “RACIAL INCIDENT”.
ii) 2/6 of these were found to have taken place at “Public/open place - Street/road”, 3/6 occurred at a “Dwelling” (1 house, 1 flat and 1 other). 1/6 occurred at “Education – School”.
No recorded ages of nominals provided apart from one aged 51 (Racial incident).
