In light of the estimate provided, I would like to refine my request so that it can be answered within the appropriate cost limit and without any requirement for manual review of individual records.

To clarify, I am not requesting that crime reports are manually examined.

• For the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
• Where the offence can be identified using a keyword search of free‑text fields limited strictly to the terms “parcel” and “package”
• the search to be limited to existing automated or routinely used methods only
• no additional keywords, interpretation, or manual review to be applied
• partial data or a nil returnto be provided if no offences are identifiable using this method

I am also content to exclude outcomes data from this request to ensure it remains within the cost limit.

For the period January 1st, 2025, to December 31st, 2025.

A total of 1488, 049/10 – Theft (not classified elsewhere) offences recorded.

From using a keyword search of the summary using the terms “parcel” and “package”, there was a total of 80 offences.

From the 80 offences, there were 2 offenders arrested and both were charged.
