1. Total Recorded: Between March 2024 and March 2026, how many recorded criminal offences were flagged with a 'transphobic' hate crime marker?
2. Multiple Offences: Out of those recorded incidents, how many involved the suspect being charged with multiple distinct criminal offences arising from the same incident?
3. Prosecution Referrals: How many of these recorded transphobic hate crime cases were officially referred to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) for a charging decision?
4. Disposal Outcomes: For the cases that were not referred to the CPS, what were the recorded outcome codes (e.g., Outcome 16: Evidential difficulties, Outcome 18: Investigation complete - no suspect identified)?
