Recreational Facilities in Welshpool

I am concerned about recreational facilities for young people in Welshpool, and the removal and inferior relocation of those facilities under the guise of "police advice" (3rd party anecdotal claim).

• Can you please advise of crimes recorded and separately, any anti-social behaviour not already recorded as a crime.

a.) The Skate Park Howell Drive Welshpool, and b. The Maes Y Dre Playing fields incorporating:

Children's play park Canalside,

The Football Club

The Cricket Club

• Specifically in relation to the Skate Park and going back no further than January 2020.  Please provide a copy of any minutes or record (redacted as necessary) of any information sharing (as may be appropriate under the Crime and Disorder Act) between the police and any public body and specifically Welshpool Town Council, where police or police staff have advised that the Skate Park location was badly located and should be moved.  Any crime prevention advice such as CCTV installation to mitigate and manage any risk would also be helpful.

Question 3 response:

I can confirm there is no information held in relation to this question. This is due to the fact that the Freedom of Information Unit have been advised that there were no meetings held between Dyfed Powys Police and Welshpool Town Council in relation to the Skate Park.
