Currently any Traffic Camera footage is sent to the Safety Camera Partnership in Pontypridd. Dyfed Powys Police only get involved with these files when they are at the stage where a Single Justice Procedure is required. Do you wish to know what software we use to record this data?

I can confirm that Dyfed-Powys Police does hold the information requested, the details of which are as follows:
Please note: The below response relates specifically to the clarification received and relates to the software/system used at the Single Justice Procedure stage.
1&2) Case Prep system, which is a Dyfed Powys Police in-house system that is used to process traffic related files which have reached the Single Justice Procedure stage.
3&4) Not applicable – which is based on the response provided to questions 1&2 above.

8) TOR is part of a wider mobile data solution. It is not possible to provide a cost for the TOR element as a separate cost. Overall Mobile contract cost for the term is £838,194.84.
