Publication Scheme Guide
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires every public authority to have a publication scheme, approved by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and to publish information covered by the scheme.
This is Dyfed-Powys Police’s Publication Scheme Guide, which lists the information that we routinely publish to fulfil our obligations under section 19 and 20 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Additionally, The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 require us to proactively publish environmental information, which we have included at the end of this guide.
